| DESCRIPTION

  • Hot press (HP) is one of the equipment required during the powder sintering process, and is a representative equipment that can obtain high-density, high-strength sintered bodies together with HIP.
  • Since the sintering process is completed below the normal sintering temperature, particle growth can be suppressed.

  • Ultra-high temperature carbon graphite heating element application
  • Heating settings of 4 stages or more.
  • Temperature (±5℃) deviation control with triple insulation treatment and individual control device of 2-zone heating element
  • Excellent usability for large molds and high-speed steel heat treatment through high-weight press pressurization method
  • Temperature deviation (±5℃), excellent uniform heat distribution at 1800℃, punch left-right polarization (horizontal) within 1mm
  • Hardness strengthening, annealing, heat treatment brazing, and sintering work are possible through various jig modifications.
